Return & Refund:

In Brazil the policy for return & refund only should happen in very specific cases.

The only case in which the exchange or return is mandatory is if the product has malfunctions and defects that prevent the use of the product. For online purchases in Brazil, buyers can return the product with regret within 7 days (from the date of delivery). The product must be in perfect condition and the buyer will pay the return expenses. The refund is made after the returned merchandise has been verified and the refund takes place within a period of 90 days.
